DUDES THIS MOVIE IS SO GOOD. I heard such good things about it that I thought sure it would be overrated, at least a little bit, but: it really isn’t. Terrence Howard is amazing. Nola is wonderful and heartbreaking and so is Shug. DJ Qualls gets a good role. The music is great. There’s a twist you don’t see coming. Ludacris rocks, and is hot in spite of badly-done gold teeth. It’s just so good; it’s got such good texture. Please see it if you haven’t already. (5/1/06)
