We Don’t Live Here Anymore

I saw this a bit ago, but forgot to write it up here.It was good, and yet it was annoying. The acting was good, and yet it was…annoying.I liked watching it, and yet I kind of didn’t understand why I was watching it.Everyone in it is either an asshole or too damp, or both (Ruffalo), and Peter Krause is just really limited. He never varies his “acting”; he’s always doing the same thing, and here, it was hard to tell whether we were supposed to really despise him or just sort of despise him, because he’s not very good.Weird little movie.Dern and Watts are great, but I don’t know if I’d spend the time.(2/23/05)
