To my utter non-surprise, you guys hit our goal of 10,000 students reached in short order.

As of this writing, in fact: 10,159 students helped and $15,500 raised. Congratulations, and thank you so much for supporting Donors Choose in so many ways, for so many years.

I’ll leave the giving page open a while to keep an eye on a handful of projects. As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, know that a bunch of kids and their teachers are thankful for you guys — and so, as usual, am I.

Couple more random-prize drawings to give away (including a gorgeous blanket from Reader Anne!) and then we’ll return to your regularly scheduled ranting about raisins and John Cusack.
