9 AM update
What a weekend: $101,455! Six figures — again! Extremely impressive, given the tax deadline looming and the weekend…well, weekending going on. Nice work.
I’ve got a couple of mini-prizes coming up today, but go ahead and donate anyway and I’ll add your receipt retroactively — just forward it by midnight ET. Any project on the leaderboard — browse them here, or go straight to some ping-pong!
Fire! Fire! We have 7 projects expiring within the next 7 days and we NEED YOUR HELP to save them. They range from $69 – $93. If multiple people help they can be done in no time! WE CAN DO IT! PLEASE SAVE THEM! We haven’t lost a project on this page yet!

Or maybe this one http://www.donorschoose.org/donors/proposal.html?id=561769&challengeid=155170 with $28 remaining. So close to another $10 donation for a fully funded project :)
A project from my hometown just got a match offer from Crate & Barrel, lowering the cost to just $98 for a project that costs over $950. The project helps students with special needs learn about gardening in a high poverty area. I really don’t want them to loose so much extra funding, but all of my money is tied up right now. I’m really hoping Tomato Nation can pull through for them!

Oh-my-goodness! Thank you so much Tomato Nation! You certainly answered the call. Some very lucky kids in Fresno will be getting a whole new world of experiences with plants.

This Splat! middle school project teaching physics through super heroes is going to expire shortly. Please help it reach full funding!

This literacy project at Donorschoose is an “Almost Home” offer that only needs $74 to finish! It is for some really nice graphic novels and classroom library sets. Both corporate and individual donors have been very generous to my students by providing resources through Donorschoose projects.

Actually, I just realized I didn’t even read what I funded. I just saw “special needs students” and said, “That’s the one!”
Lovely project – so glad it’s going to happen!
