Donors Choose took second prize in the AmEx Members Project, picking up a cool half a million dollars — thanks so much to everyone who voted!
As of this writing: 53K and change with just over half the month to go. I could not be prouder of you for knocking off the initial goal so quickly…but alas, for a human tomato to hurl herself at the capital, you’ve got 47K still left to raise. But stay tuned for an exciting announcement when we reach 60K!
In the meantime, it’s mini-prize time. ALL DONORS to the Hemingway-books project will receive a TN/Donors Choose ’08 bumper sticker, pictured here — and one winner will receive the Hemingway book of his/her choice.
