Does anyone have a source for refill tubes of Revlon ColorStay Overtime Glossy Topcoat?
This lip color comes in a two-part tube, half colored liquid base and half glossy topcoat. The fiends at Revlon obviously calculated the quantities so the clear topcoat always runs out way before the color does. I used to be able to buy refill tubes of just the topcoat at drugstores; now it’s disappeared from everywhere. And I haven’t been able to find an online source.

Wow — I find the color side runs out before the topcoat. I guess you and I gloss differently. I’d offer to save my leftover gloss-halves and send them to you, but that would be unhygienic in the extreme.

Does it HAVE to be Revlon? I’ve used CoverGirl topcoat (tho it comes as a solid lipgloss) with Revlon Colour Stay lip colour before without issues… (And vice versa: it always depended on what was in stock at my local drugstore at the time). I’ve also used Sugar clear lip gloss and other brands of lip gloss because all it’s for is to keep your lips moist and give the colour stain a bit of nice shine. Never had a problem with it coming off either. Good luck!
