    Where is Pacey?

Stephen Dedalus=Sars? Hopefully with fewer mommy issues.

  • KellyEMcA says:

I’m sensing that the FrankenBeek will be all the rage in Halloween costumes this year. Thanks for the template Glark!

    He’s ALIVE!!!!! ALIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE!!!!

  • Annie says:

Cereal. Box. Head. And yet, no mention in the blurb.

And I immediately want to watch my TiFauxed episode of Ugly Betty to find out what’s the deal before I read the recap!

  • Andrea says:

Heeeeee hee. Even funnier since I watched last night’s ep and the Beek gives finger guns. FINGER GUNS. Classic.

  • doriette says:

@Glark- Holy Crap! That was AWESOME! I miss that two-times-too-high tubey.

I’m with Maria’s second thought. The ‘full-circle’ness of it amuses me.

  • Jennifer says:

Oh sweet Christ on buttered toast, Sam the Eagle has returned!!!

  • Devlyn says:

It’s like the tale of washed up actors. I haven’t been to TWoP in a while… I thought bionic woman was a movie? Jeez… I have no clue what’s going on with teevee these days. Now I’m sure to head in a tight downward spiral of pop culturelessness.

  • Katie says:

Ah, the Beek is a bitch. Named Wanda. A step up?

  • Murph says:

    GACK!

  • Phillybeth says:

The Beek is Back, to the tune of The Bitch is Back. And you just know that earworm’s gonna last alllllll weekend.

  • RJ says:

Well, the Fivehead has been dominating the page all day, that’s what I noticed. And the tagline is quite…. eye-catching. I don’t watch “Ugly Betty,” but I assume the “Wanda” in question is not the Original Mr. Whinypants known as Dawson?

  • jennie says:

For some reason I didn’t recognize the Beek when I first went to the homepage and I was like, “Um… Tubey has a chess brain? Two and a Half Men… has really been on tv for that long? WHAT?” I think it’s that the fivehead seems to be coming in at four-and-a-half, maybe four-and-a-quarter, in that picture. Nevertheless: disturbing. Aaaaaaack, indeed.

  • Sophie says:

I’m sure Pacey’s working (in response to a comment above). In movies (none good).

  • Alessandra says:

I’m in the “He doesn’t look bad…for him” pool. And I’ll add an “Aaaaaack!” just for fun.

Also, is that guy from Survivor nekkid? Something about the way he’s bending over just looks suggestive in that photo.

  • Heather says:

Whoa, have we gone back in time? The Beek is actually getting work?

I really miss the old design.

  • Krista says:

First reaction: Did the Beek have forehead reduction surgery?
    Second: He almost looks cute.
Realizing what I just wrote: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!

  • Joanne says:

    THE BEEK!!!
(then I threw up in my mouth a little)

  • Jenn says:

First reaction – the Beek’s forehead doesn’t look like a fivehead and he kind of looks cute. Then I banned myself.

  • Al says:

    I saw it earlier.

    “Dawsonnnn!!! \o/ Hee. Poor Sars.”

  • FloridaErin says:

“Oh sweet Christ on buttered toast, Sam the Eagle has returned!!!”

    HA! :-D

  • Linda says:

I DIDN’T DO IT. “Ugly Betty” did it!

You leave TN alone for one day, and all of a sudden, the Beek is your fault.

  • m says:

something about the campiness of it all, or maybe b/c it was backwards day on ugly betty (what with justin swapping gum with a girl and the wili thing and all), but i think the beek worked there. and time (and a good haircut) have…helped.

  • I didn’t even make it to HITG! I just said “Who’s that old dude? Are they bringing in new old dudes on Ugly Betty? Why does this guy get the biggest picture on the page?”

Sorry, I was ignorant of the internet when Dawson’s Creek was first aired, and even when I started getting online it never occured to me to look for a website about a show I thought was kind of lame. (Yeah, that’s right, I said it! LAME!)

  • Annie says:

It’s amazing what a flattering haircut can do for a person, because my first reaction was, “That guy looks like a cute James Van Der Beek.” Maybe he just…grew into his face somehow? But the haircut helps a lot. Also, the chess-brain Tubey is disturbing.

  • Quangonaut says:

    *raises small, shaking hand*

I wasn’t exposed to much of the Dawson’s Creek horror the first time ’round, but I’m ashamed to say I actually thought the Beek looked sort of hot. Good suit? Good haircut? Maybe my contacts were all fuzzy when I was watching?

Oh, I’ll just FedEx myself to TV Hell.

  • Allie says:

In case anyone is still reading these comments days later – I just saw this over on Zap2It:

Casting: ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Picks Up Pacey
    http://www.zap2it.com/tv/news/zap-joshuajacksongreysanatomycasting,0,5817254.story?coll=zap-tv-headlines

    Yea!

  • Sars says:

I saw that and immediately yelled at Alli, “You! YOU DID THIS!”
