Justifiable Homicide

A documentary about the shooting deaths of two Puerto Rican teenagers in the Bronx, and how the cops probably weren’t justified. It’s a little thin, but worth watching for the part where one kid’s mother totally gets in a fight with Giuliani on his weekly radio show about the case, and he’s a dick to her and then hangs up on her. After 9/11, most of us chose to forget what a cooze he’d been about the police brutality issue, but that brings it all back, alas.(12/6/04)
