…If you missed the last Guyz Nite show, I’m bummed for you; it was rad.Thankgodfully, you can attend the next one, this Friday August 3 at Don Hill’s (511 Greenwich at Spring in the 212).Even better: for the price of admission, you’ll receive the Guyz’ new CD — free!…Wait, maybe it’s that if you buy the CD for $5, you get admission free.Whatever.The point: $5 gets you a CD and entry to a rockin’ show, and they go on at 8 so there’s plenty of time to get dinner later, or, per Gunz Mick Bones, “get drunk with us afterward.”Or head to the GN site and buy the CD.

…Can’t find the words to describe the musical excellence of Guyz Nite’s “Your Mom”?Try the Phrontistery, a trove of “lost” words.

…All you Office fans who are also Lucky fans are going to be psyched for Mindy Kaling’s blog, Things I’ve Bought That I Love.Funny and chic, too.

I posted the link to the Phrontistery a couple of months ago. Reading this, I had a brief, shining moment wherein I thought, “Dude! Somebody reads that nonsense! Look, that link is the proof!”

Then I got a clue. Hey, sites on the internet are viewable by others!

Damn, Sars. You ruined my dreams. Couldn’t you at least have waited until after noon?

Mindy’s blog is fantastic! Even if you don’t like shopping, fashion, etc., her descriptions of the things she buys are so funny. And if you do like shopping but are on a budget, her tastes range from Target to J. Crew to… pricier stores that I can’t name because I can’t afford to shop there, haha.
