Scary Movie 3

It’s not great, but it delivers. And now for the sentence you never thought you’d read, anywhere. Ready? Okay. “Simon Rex is really good, especially when he’s rapping.” I know, right? Anyway, it’s a Compromise Movie — you know, that movie you see when you can’t agree on what else to see — and it’s good for what it is. One weird thing, though — the part of the trailer they keep flogging with Latifah brandishing the frying pan isn’t in the movie anywhere. (10/31/03)
