The NC Double Scrooge: Your “Champion”

Submitted by on December 28, 2010 – 1:51 PM4 Comments

Many odious aspects of the holidays entered…one left. And that one, with 35% of the vote in our final poll, is: “The alleged ‘War on Christmas’ annually fabricated by conservatives”!

Thanks so much for participating in the NC Double Scrooge; I hope we made your holidays a little more enjoyable (or at least more supportive). We’ll see you again for the NC Make It A Double, our cocktail bracket, later in the winter!

Hooray! I’m celebrating by eating a Christmas-destroying Lindt chocolate snowman decorated with Jesus-nullifying white and blue stars. My holiday treat shall be an affront to God!

Yahoo! Although I regret Christmas Shoes collapsed in the final lap, I cannot argue with anything that pisses off The Palin.

Now to chow down on this delicious and Holiday denying peppermint bark my husband bought me. Salud! You don’t get any, Palin.

Is it too late to make all my votes for the above picture, retroactively? I … kind of hate Santa now. Yikes. Not sure how surprised I am at the final results, though.

Happy New Year (and New Decade) to my fellow ‘Nationals, who are all awesome, retroactively, prospectively, individually and as a collectivity. Thanks for all you do, Sarah.
